BNY Mellon Brilliant

As lead sponsors, of the BNY Mellon Boat Races, our role is to support the Oxford and Cambridge Crews and enhance the build-up leading up to one of sport's most iconic events.

The Brilliant website is a celebration of teamwork, dedication, skill, determination and hard work; all elements which make the BNY Mellon Boat Races one of the world's leading events. Brilliant focuses on the extraordinary achievements of the athletes and explores the close links between the drive required for sport and the same level of commitment necessary for business. Brilliant also shows how we can apply the lessons of elite sport to different parts of our own lives and in doing so, push us to achieve our very best. To learn more about what makes the mind of a top athlete work and how they continually strive to be better, listen to the thoughts of five-time Olympic gold medallist Sir Steve Redgrave, four time champion Sir Matthew Pinsent and others.

Once you have had a chance to look at the Brilliant site, The Boat Races will become so much more than an annual spectacle; they will become an inspiration.

About

The Think Brilliant series is a celebration of the synergy between business and sport. During these events, you will have a unique opportunity to meet and learn from some of the UK's most successful sports and business personalities.

Our next topic is “From the dressing room to the boardroom”. Here, we examine what shapes the core of a champion and look at the mental grit that echoes between preparing for a game on the pitch or a pitch in the boardroom.

BNY Mellon would be delighted if you would join us to hear from pro golfer Sam Torrance and pro sport & business coach Gary LeBoff as they discuss the fibre and threads that knit the kit of a champion.

Join us for drinks and play our nearest to the pin and longest drive competitions. Golf themed prizes for the winners!
